Fiddlers Green Folk Festival

This is a festival of music, song and dance, and there are events for all the family of any age.

During the festival there are two pretigious awards that are presented;

The Fiddler's Green Hall of Fame Award, designed by the late and much loved Rostrevor artist, Jim Sherry, is presented annually to a person or group who has made a significant contribution to the cause of Irish music and culture.

Aspects Irish Literature Festival

This is a literary festival that attract writers and readers from all over the world. In 2008 the festival will enter its 17th year. The featival has attracted big writers down through the years, which includes Seamus Heaney and Jack Higgins.
